Kara has been involved been a coach for the Spokane Shadow for 3 years and was one of the most requested trainers when she worked for Moonsoccer. A graduate of University High School, she was a an All League player selection for the GSL for 4 years and was the leading scorer in the GSL as a junior. After graduating she played at Washington State University. She is a fantastic teacher of the game and has a genuine love for all the players she works with. We are so excited to have her on our staff!

- 4 year All-Greater Spokane League selection while playing at University High School (graduated in 2001)
- Played for Spokane Chill Women’s Team (2000-2001)
- Played for the Washington State 83’ODP team
- Leading scorer in GSL junior year
- Played 4 years Division I soccer at Washington State University (2001-2005) where her team made an appearance in the 2003 NCAA tournament.

- Coached at both high school and club levels
- Ferris High School (2007) JV coach, and Central Valley High School (2005) Varsity Asst
- Spokane Shadow 2005-present
- Have coached U-18, U-12 and U-14 Spokane Shadow teams
- Have coached for Spokane Soccer Academy and Spokane Shadow academy since 2005
- Currently a teacher/working with kids
